1. Introduction

BranchScout ("we", "us") is a bank-branch sale-leaseback intelligence platform operated by BEUP (beup.space). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform at branchscout.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: email address, name, company (provided at registration). Usage data: pages viewed, features used, session duration (via server logs). We do NOT collect or store payment information — billing is managed by Stripe directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and provide platform access; to send important product updates and service notifications; to improve platform features based on usage patterns; to respond to support requests sent to support@beup.space.

4. Data Sources

The platform aggregates publicly available data from federal and state agencies (FDIC, NCUA, US Census Bureau, state property databases). None of these data sources contain personally identifiable information about our users.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under confidentiality agreements; (b) law enforcement when legally required. We do not share data with advertisers.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently removed from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@beup.space. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database infrastructure is provided by Supabase with SOC 2-compliant hosting.
